We want you to love your new look, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your Lullabellz products within 30 days of receipt provided the security seal remains intact. Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions and accessories cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging or worn.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and hygiene seals still attached to the packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique QR code or label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items back into their original Lullabellz box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring you include the dispatch note inside the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
